Therapy Room Rental
In maintaining standards of best practice at Harmony counselling, our compliance regulation requires all professionals seeking to rent my rooms to provide additional information and supporting evidence.
4 hours per week: Morning 8am-12pm at a rate of £50 per week*
4 hours per week: Midday 12pm-4pm at a rate of £60 per week*
4 hours per week: Afternoon 5pm-9pm at a rate of £70 per week*
4 hours per week: Saturday and Sunday 8am-12pm at a rate of £60 per week*
4 hours per week: Saturday and Sunday 1pm-5pm at a rate of £60 per week*
Bespoke packages by request
Payment terms are based upon payment every four week’s*
Proof of photographic ID – passport or driving licence
Professional qualification certificate(s)
Professional body membership(s)
Insurance indemnity certificate
Due to the nature of the work that will take place in my consulting room, conditions of hire are set out below.
Prior to any professional using my consulting room, it’s essential my conditions of practice privileges are read carefully and acknowledged. This is in addition to submitting the relevant documentation listed in the compliance checklist.

The Therapist is the authorised professional
1. CONDITIONS OF PRACTICE PRIVILEGES
The therapist fully accepts responsibility for their own Insurance, and agrees that the Company shall not be responsible for any treatments or appointments made between the therapist and their clients.
It is essential the therapist belongs to a professional body at all times, and possess the relevant qualifications required by their body to practice the therapies they intend to practice in the Room. The Company will require a copy of all necessary validating documents.
The Company will not take bookings from another person on behalf of the Therapist. The Therapist agrees that they are operating independently when using the Room, maintaining their own control over their bookings, finances and development of their own practice.
The Therapist is responsible for their Tax and National Insurance, and is not an employee of the Company, howsoever.
The Therapist is not an officer of the Company and cannot enter into any financial agreement or binding commitment on-behalf-of the Company.
The Company will not accept any payment transactions for therapy fees on behalf of the Therapist.
The Therapist agrees that this agreement is exclusively for the purpose of performing legal psychological therapies and supervision in the Room.
The Therapist agrees not to remove or install any item of furniture, fittings or materials in the Room, without prior written agreement from the Company.
2. USE OF THE CONSULTING ROOMS
The Room must only be used during the hours that have been agreed and booked.
The Therapist accepts full responsibility for their own conduct and that of their Clients when in the business centre and the consulting room.
The Therapist agrees to be considerate and courteous at all times in dealing with other members of staff and tenant’s within the business centre and local residents.
The Therapist agrees to ensure that the consulting room is left in a clean, tidy condition and ready for use by another therapist. If any incidents or problems occur that require attention, these must be reported to Louise immediately.
The moderate use of stereos for sound is welcome, but the level of the sound must be respectful to the other users within the business centre.
3. CONSULTING ROOM HIRE FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Room hire fee shall be payable by the Therapist to the Company, payable in advance.
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the Company refusing to accept further bookings and cancel Practice Privileges.
In no event will the Company be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of privileges or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of our room.
The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings if it is unable to provide access to the consulting rooms due to any so called “force majeure” events beyond its control including but not limited to flood, fire, and breakdown of heating, power failure or any other events beyond its control.
